What is Oobleck?
One day in class, we were assigned a very exciting project. It was going to be about a peculiar substance called Oobleck. Oobleck is found in the oceans of the moon. Our assignment was to use our senses on Oobleck. We had to touch, smell, see and hear. We were not able to taste the Oobleck for safety reasons.
When I looked at Oobleck it was bright green and looked slimy. At first, when I touched Oobleck, it felt very hard. After leaving it in my hands it began to melt. When I smelled Oobleck, it smelled like glue. Oobleck did not make any sound unless somebody slaps their hand into it.

Our Assignment:
We were to draw a spacecraft that could safely land on Oobleck. I drew a spacecraft with ski-like landing gear, which is similar to what water aircrafts use to land in water. My spacecraft had a small ramp that came out of the side. The spacecraft first tilted itself back in order to take off using the rockets.
